Terms and Conditions Last updated: March 18, 2026 Welcome to Elegot! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website, located at elegot.com, as well as our suite of tools and platforms including KnowStack, PixelRooms, FindWithin, and other tools launched under new domains (collectively, “Elegot Services”). By accessing or using our website or any of our platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or any Elegot platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are using the website on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services

Elegot provides various services, including web development, design, SEO, automation solutions, and AI-powered tools. Our growing suite of platforms — including KnowStack, PixelRooms, FindWithin, and additional tools to be announced — are all governed by these Terms unless a separate agreement is provided. The specific terms for each service may also be outlined in individual service agreements or project proposals.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not engage in any activity that could harm the website or interfere with its performance. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. Development Projects — Payment & Refund Policy

For custom development projects, the following payment and refund terms apply:
  • Payment structure: Projects may be organized as 50% upfront before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion, or 100% payment upon project completion while the project is hosted and running on Elegot’s servers.
  • No refunds once started: Once a development project has commenced, no refunds will be issued. By approving and initiating the project, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
  • Delivery & migration: Upon full payment and client approval, the completed project will be migrated from Elegot’s servers to the client’s own infrastructure.
  • Chargebacks & remote access: If a client initiates a bank chargeback or payment reversal for any development project — whether hosted on Elegot’s remote servers or already deployed and migrated to the client’s own servers or infrastructure — Elegot reserves the right to immediately disable all related services and permanently delete the entire project, including all associated files, databases, configurations, and deployed assets, regardless of where they are hosted. This includes but is not limited to remote server access, SSH credentials, deployed applications, domain configurations, and any integrations set up by Elegot. The client explicitly grants Elegot the right to access and remove all project materials in such an event, as a condition of service. Elegot will not be held liable for any data loss, service downtime, or business interruption resulting from such action.
  • Additional project agreements: For specific projects, Elegot may require the client to sign a separate project agreement or contract prior to commencement. Such agreements may outline additional terms specific to the project scope, timeline, payment schedule, and access rights, and shall be considered legally binding in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a project agreement and these Terms, the project agreement shall take precedence.

5. AI Tools & Credits — Refund Policy

For AI-powered tools and platforms under the Elegot suite:
  • 14-day refund window (unused credits): If you have purchased a credit pack or subscription and have used no more than 10% of your allocated credits, you may request a full monetary refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 14 days, or where credit usage exceeds 10%, will not be eligible for a monetary refund under any circumstances.
  • No refunds on website services: Services rendered directly through elegot.com — including web development, design, SEO, and automation — are non-refundable at any stage. No exceptions apply.
  • No full refunds beyond the eligibility window: Outside of the 14-day / 10% usage window, we do not offer full monetary refunds for AI tool subscriptions or credit purchases.
  • AI credit refunds for platform errors: In the event of a response failure, service error, or credits consumed due to a platform-side issue, affected credits may be refunded as AI credits to your account, regardless of the 14-day window.
  • Refund process: All refund requests must be submitted to our support team before any resolution is processed. Each case will be reviewed individually to understand the reason, and a solution will be offered — either a monetary refund (if within the eligibility window), a credit refund, or complimentary credits for the affected services.
  • How to request: Contact us at contact@elegot.com with your account details, purchase date, current credit balance, and a description of the issue. Do not initiate a chargeback or bank dispute before contacting us — doing so will result in immediate account termination and may forfeit any eligibility for a refund or credit resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on our website and platforms are the property of Elegot or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elegot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elegot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will provide notice on our website. Your continued use of the website after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
